About the Pow!r mount:
The Pow!r mount is an accessible powered mounting system people use to move and position essentials: tablets, laptops, speech devices, cameras, drinks and trays. It attaches to tables, wheelchairs, beds and floor stands. It is an extension of the Mount’n Mover line of mounts.
• Move and position things independently—where you need it, when you want it
• Modular design: include as few as one and as many as 6 powered components
• Full systems: Every joint is powered, and their movement is synchronized
• Hybrid versions: Add a Pow!r shoulder, tilt or lift to a Mount’n Mover
• Control options: Access via the touch screen or switches
• On-board controls: End Cap keypad allows others to operate the Pow!r mount
• Power supply options: battery pack, wall plug, or wheelchair battery
• Power jacks for wireless devices: phone, tablet, speech device
• Attach devices easily—change them in seconds
• Weight capacity: supports devices up to 15 pounds

About the Pow!r mount app:
The Pow!r mount app is intuitive, accessible, flexible and customizable. It was designed for ease of access and independence, and allows a person using the Pow!r mount to quickly and easily move devices within reach or out of the way. Note: the app does not control other robotic arms.
• Demo mode allows a person to explore the App without a Pow!r mount
• Easy to access, for everyone
o Large button layout for easy access
o Switch accessible (single or dual switch; timed or step scan)
• Adjust settings to simplify the screen and functions
o Enable or block access to various aspects, based on the person
• Pairs directly with Bluetooth Smart, built into each Pow!r mount
o Not reliant on internet access
Key functions:
• Go quickly to your favorite positions
o Program and group 1-6 Target positions per Group
o Groups might include devices, people or places
o Set up as many as 5 Groups
• Adjust Screen
o The active Pow!r mount configuration is displayed on the Adjust screen
o Adjust and move each powered module, one at a time
o Movement direction alternates with each actuation, stopping in between
• Accessible Programming
o Program and save positions
o Change the name and icon
o Note: Typing of words is not accessible
• Icon library includes:
o Positions/locations: Drive, Transfer, Use, Bed, Desk
o Devices: Camera, Speech Device, Tablet, Laptop, Tray, Phone
o Activities: Drink, Eat, Read, Lamp, Desk (work), Photo review, Camera flash
• Movement interruption status is displayed
o If the mount runs into something:
• the mount movement will stop, and back away
• an indicator will appear to alert the person
o If a joint is not engaged and it tries to move:
• when it tries to move all movement of the system will stop
• an indicator will highlight the joint which is not engaged
• App Settings:
o Audio feedback (on/off)
o Scan Rate (slow/medium/fast)
o Normal or High Contrast visual display
o Screen Display/Access permissions
• Open = use switch or touch
• Touch only = not switch-accessible
• Locked = does not show on Display
